With just one click, you can accept or refuse a booking, automatically triggering a confirmation or refusal email to your customer, eliminating manual follow-ups.
But that's just the beginning. We've also mapped out the entire workflow your equipment moves through during rentals, so you're always in the loop.
Our user-friendly platform lets you track every piece of equipment at each rental stage, whether they are part of the same rental or not. Updating the status is quick and easy—just a click, and you're set! You'll always have a clear, real-time view of exactly what's happening with your equipment.
To Prepare --> Click when Ready for Pickup or Delivery
Ready for Pickup -> Click when Picked up by Customer
Ready for Delivery -> Click when Delivered to Customer
On Rent -> Click when Returned

Even better, every status update gets automatically logged. That means you can easily check when and who made each update, keeping everything transparent and organized.
